Good: Sitting next to really nice people who make intelligent conversation and are genuinely interested in what you have to say.
Bad: Losing coat in terminal. De-icing of planes.
Ugly: Over hearing a lady say (screaming baby in background):"I hope they're not on my flight". Just rude!
